Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. We’ll schedule your appointment as soon as we can, and if you have a dental emergency, we'll work to see you as quickly as possible.

We do our best to stay on schedule, but some procedures take longer than expected and emergencies can come up. Thank you for your patience.

Online Forms

After you schedule your appointment, we’ll email you a link to complete your forms online. Please fill them out before your visit. If you don’t receive the link, call us at 402.486.4380 and we’ll resend it.
