MEET DR. VANICEK

Dr. Vanicek is a lifelong Lincoln native, graduating from Lincoln Southeast High school in 2004. He continued his education in the great state of Nebraska earning his Bachelor of Science degree from University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2009.

Dr. Vanicek followed in his father’s (Mark) footsteps of becoming a dentist entering the UNMC College of Dentistry in 2010. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree with high distinction in 2014. He continued his dental education finishing a 1 year Oral Surgery Internship. During the internship is where Dr. Vanicek found the passion for helping patients in pain. This passion continued at UNMC College of Dentistry in the 2 year Endodontic Residency, earning his certificate in 2017.

Dr. Vanicek is married to Jenn, formally of Columbus, NE. They have a daughter (Madison) and son (Kalen). When not chasing the kids, Jenn is a waitress at Valentino’s.
